If you aren't receiving any emails from your local party in your inbox then you have probably been unsubscribed. If you didn't do this yourself then there are two common explanations:

  • You received an email that wasn’t relevant to you (e.g. an invite to a regional fundraising dinner far away), but did not realise you were unsubscribing from all local and regional Labour emails and not just a single email list.
  • You have forwarded a Labour email on to someone else, and that person has then clicked the unsubscribe link not realising that the link was tied to your email address

Depending on exactly how you were unsubscribed there are different ways to fix it, but if you follow all the steps below it should solve your problems:

  1. Click on this link Resubscribe to Labour Emails and enter your name and email address. Please be aware that you must only enter your own email address. It is against the law to fill out this form on someone else's behalf.
  2. If you see a message saying Already Subscribed, proceed to step 3. If you see a message saying Activation Email Sent, you should then receive an email with a link asking you to confirm your subscription - please click on the link.
  3. After completing steps 1 and 2, please then click on this link Labour Hub Communication Preferences  and enter your email address. Please be aware that you must only enter your own email address. It is against the law to fill out this form on someone else's behalf.
  4. You should receive an email containing a link to check your communication preferences. Please click on the link and ensure your email preferences are switched on - the sliders should be coloured green - and click 'save changes'. If you did not receive this email, please see steps 5 and 6.
  5. Please ensure you have used the email address that is associated with your Labour Party membership. You can check this by logging into Labour Hub or by emailing [email protected].

  6. Check your spam and junk folders. If the email is in your spam or junk, please mark it as not spam and add our address [email protected] to your list of safe senders or contacts in your email inbox to prevent this from happening again.

If the above guidance did not resolve the problem, please contact us on [email protected] and include details about what you have already tried.

Help Others Resubscribe

You can send the above guidance to anyone who is not receiving Organise emails. Please be aware that it is in breach of GDPR to send emails to anyone who is marked as unsubscribed, but you may contact them by other means such as post as long as they are not unsubscribed from that method of communication. You may use below QR code to direct them to this page so they can follow the guidance and resubscribe to Organise emails.
