1. You can now call directly from your browser using a headset. 


3. Follow your usual calling process. Whether that be calling a Member Campaign or voter calling


4. When on the calling screen click "Switch To Headset"



5. Click "Switch to Headset Calling"



6. Select the dropdown arrow.



7. Select your headset



8. Click "Test Headphones"



9. Listen to the recorded messages.


10. Click "Yes/No"


11. Click "Select Microphone" dropdown menu.



12. Select the microphone you wish to use.



13. Click "Test Microphone"


14. Repeat the test phrase on screen and listen back to make sure your microphone is set up correctly.


15. Once everything is confirmed to be working, click "Finish"


16. You can now call as normal using your headset. 


You can also change the volume and pause the hold music
