To access Organise, the role ‘Organise Local Admin’ must be assigned to your membership record and linked to the area to which you are granted access.
This role can be assigned in Labour Hub. Roles in Labour Hub can be used by:
- CLP Secretary
- CLP Chair
- CLP Vice Chair Membership
- CLP Vice Chair Members and Campaigns
- BLP Secretary
- BLP Chair
- BLP Vice Chair
- Members of Parliament, Members of the Scottish Parliament, and Members of the Senedd
- Labour Party Staff
Labour Hub Admin users can assign roles to members in the area that they have access to. This is the same as the area they have access to on Organise. For requests that cannot be actioned in Labour Hub, please email roleholders@labour.org.uk and include the following information about the person you are requesting access for:
- Full name
- Membership number
- Role(s)
- The area(s) that access is requested for e.g. region/nation, CLP(s), BLP(s), ward(s)
We will accept requests from any of the roles listed above and we will verify this by checking your membership record before granting or changing access. For more information about Organise access, please read Access Levels and Verification.
