1. To start your calling campaign, click "Select Campaign" under Call Members and Volunteers. Please note, you first need to have created a calling campaign via Organise. Please see the Create a Member and Supporter Calling Campaign guide. 



2. Type the name of your campaign into the search bar and click 'Select'.



3. Your first contact will load on screen. Click 'Connect' and Dialogue will call the number linked to your Dialogue profile. Answer this call to connect with Dialogue.


There is now the option to call using a headset directly from your browser. The option "Switch To Headset" will be under your telephone number. Please see guidance for this here. 



4. If your phone doesn't ring, it may be that you need to update the phone number linked to your Dialogue account. Click on the phone number listed under 'You' to update it.



5. Once you are connected to Dialogue, you will see the 'Call' button enabled. Click on 'Call' to ring the person showing on your screen.



6. If the person doesn't answer, you can select the reason in the drop-down menu such as no answer or wrong number. Then click 'Save' and Dialogue will move onto the next contact.



7. When the contact answers, follow the script on screen and enter their given answers. For the member and supporter calling script you can enter their volunteering preferences, availability and RSVP to available events. This information will update on Organise automatically.



8. Once you have finished talking and answering the questions, click 'Save and End Call'. Dialogue will then load a new contact and when you are ready to call them click 'Call' in the right-hand panel. If you are finished calling, after clicking 'Save and End Call', hang up your phone to disconnect from Dialogue.
