Organise is a shared database used across every level of the party to find and engage supporters. If you have a list of people keen to get involved in our campaigns, and they have given permission for the party to contact them, uploading them to Organise is the best way for you to manage their data and share it with other organisers now and in the future.
To start a new import click the Import button on the People tab. Here you can pick a CSV file (a simple spreadsheet) from your computer with all of your supporters data. This file will need a column for each of the following pieces of information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Postcode
After the spreadsheet is uploaded and you can see the results, you have the option of adding everyone to a new or existing List. If you want to use all the supporters in this spreadsheet as a group, for instance to send them an email, then they will need to be put on a list together.
