1. Navigate to https://organise.labour.org.uk/people
2. Click "Import"
3. Click "upload file"
4. Find your list in your documents.
Your list needs to be saved as a CSV file and must have the following columns:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Postcode
5. Click the "I have the right to contact these individuals." field.
6. Click "Confirm"
7. You can add to an existing list.
8. Click the "List Name" field.
9. Type in and select your existing list.
10. If you wish to create a new list, select "New List."
11. Click the "List Name" field.
12. Type in the name you wish to save your list as.
13. Click the "Public Name" field.
14. Type in the name you wish other users to see.
15. Right-click the "Public Name" field.
16. Click "Next"
17. Click into each dropdown.
18. Match up to list headings with the headings from your spreadsheet.
19. Click "Import"
20. Click "Finish"
21. If you wish to use this list in an email, please follow the below steps.
22. Click "Emails"
23. Click "Create Email"
24. Click the "Select List" field.
25. Click the "Search" field.
26. Type in the name of your list.
27. Select from dropdown.
28. Complete your email as normal.
