1. Navigate to hub.labour.org.uk


2. Click Login



3. Enter your Email address and password associated with your account.



4. If you have forgotten your password select "Forgot Password?"


If you do not receive a password reset email, or if you have never logged into Labour Hub, please click "Sign up" and follow

 the instructions.


Please Note: Your email address needs to be the one registered with your account.

5. Click "Continue"




6. Welcome to your new homepage look!




7. You can see static maps showing your CLP and Branch boundaries.



8. You can pin your most used Apps such as Dialogue, for ease of access.




Pinning Apps


9. From your home screen you can click on "Labour Apps"



10. This will take you to the Apps Menu.


If you click the pin near your most used Apps, they will move to the top of the menu and also appear on your homepage.



11. All the Apps are now pinned to the top of the apps page.


To view the apps on your homepage, select the home Icon in the left-hand menu.



12. The apps are also visible on your homepage.



13. You can view all of the Apps by clicking on the Apps button in the left-hand menu.



Updating your personal details


16. Click the profile icon.



17. To change your details, click in the grey box and start typing your correct information.


To change your address, remove the current address and start typing your new address, a drop-down menu will appear. Select your address from this list.



18. Your email cannot be changed in this form.


To change your email please contact membership either using the form provided or by calling the telephone number listed.



Equalities form


19. You can also update the equalities form. You are not obliged to do this, and you can also select "Prefer Not to Say" from the drop-down menu.



20. For any changes you make please make sure that you click "Save Changes"



Volunteering Preferences


21. Click "Volunteering" at the top of the profile screen.



22. To select volunteering activities, you can toggle the switches on.



23. You can also select your availability by using the tick boxes.



24. Please remember to click "Save Changes" if you update any of your volunteering preferences.



Communication Preferences


25. Click "Communication" at the top of the profile screen.



26. Click the switches to toggle on or off your communication preferences.



27. If you have been added to any list, you can see this information and stop communications by toggling the switches off.



28. Please remember to click "Save Changes" if you update any of your communication preferences.



Viewing Roles


29. Click "Roles" at the top of the profile page.



30. If you have any roles associated with your membership, these will appear here.


If there are any issues with these roles, please contact your CLP (for CLP and Branch Roles) or [email protected] for Ward, Parliamentary or Staff roles.



Opening the Side Menu


31. By Clicking on the 3 lines you can expand the menu.



32. You will click the same icon again to minimise the menu.



Need help?


33. At the bottom of every page you will see the help icon.


Opening the help Icon will allow you to see articles related to the App you are using.

There is also a contact form for queries that require further help from the support team.
