Scan is a custom Labour tool that uses AI to take snapshots of paper forms and upload data directly into Contact Creator. This system currently works with Persuasion Pathways forms only, but compatibility with Marked Register forms is coming soon.
With Scan you can:
- Take photos of Persuasion Pathways forms. Scan was designed for the capture standard Persuasion Pathways forms, but the system will also parse what information it can from non-standardised forms.
- Review the data captured and make corrections.
- Mark forms as reviewed and ready to be uploaded to Contact Creator.
You can access Scan at scan.labour.org.uk
Any member is permitted to scan forms into the system, but to keep personal voter information secure, only Labour Staff will have access to review and approve forms.
