CLPs/BLPs

The following roles can be given automatic access to Organise via Admin Hub upon confirmation of their appointment by current or outgoing role holders: 

  • CLP Secretary
  • CLP Chair
  • CLP Vice Chair Membership 
  • CLP Vice Chair Campaigns and Membership
  • BLP Secretary
  • BLP Chair
  • BLP Vice Chair 

Email requests to [email protected] should come from one of the above listed role holders or the associated Labour region/nation office. We will verify that you are a current or outgoing role holder by checking your membership record before granting or changing access. 

Any other CLP or BLP role holder can be granted access using Admin Hub. Decisions on who will be granted Organise access are at the discretion of the CLP or BLP. Requests by email to [email protected] should come from one of the role holders listed below and we will verify their role by checking their membership record before granting access:

  • CLP Secretary

  • CLP Vice Chair Campaigns and Membership
  • BLP Secretary

  • BLP Vice Chair

Each CLP can grant Organise access to a maximum of six users. Each BLP can grant Organise access to a maximum of three users. This maximum is not inclusive of other non-CLP/BLP users.

CLP role holders can be granted access to the full CLP and BLP role holder can be granted access to the full BLP can see all people, emails, events and volunteers records in the CLP or BLP they have access to. 

The following roles can see personal details such as postal address, email address and phone number. 

  • CLP Secretary

  • CLP Vice Chair Campaigns and Membership

  • BLP Vice Chair

Personal details will be hidden for any other role.

The following roles can export:

  • CLP Secretary
  • CLP Vice Chair Membership
  • CLP Vice Chair Campaigns and Membership
  • BLP Secretary

Please note: if a record is anonymised, the columns for personal details will be empty

Access requests granted by emailing [email protected] will be given an expiry date two years from the request date. This date can amended in Admin Hub if length of access needs to be extended.

 

Councillors

Councillors can be granted access to the ward they represent. ALC Group Leaders can be given access to the full council borough. Requests can be sent by email to [email protected] from the councillor or the associated Labour region/nation office. We will verify their election via the relevant council website.

Councillors can see all people, emails, events and volunteers records in the ward they have access to, but personal details such as postal address, email address and phone number will be hidden.

Access will expire after the next election cycle. To extend the length of access, a new access request should be sent to [email protected] from the councillor or the associated Labour nation/region office. We will verify their election via the relevant council website.

 

MP/MSP/MS and Parliamentary Staff

Members of Parliament, Members of Scottish Parliament and Members of the Senedd and up to three members of their staff can be granted access to their constituency.

Access can be assigned via Admin Hub by the MP/MSP/MS. Email requests for access should be sent to [email protected] from the MP/MSP/MS email address or from the associated Labour region/nation office.

Members of Parliament, Members of Scottish Parliament, Members of the Senedd and parliamentary staff can see all people, emails, events and volunteers records in the constituency they have access to, can see personal details such as postal address, email address and phone number and can export.

Please note: if a record is anonymised, the columns for personal details will be empty

Access does not expire automatically and is managed through the post-election audit process.

 

Parliamentary Candidates

Parliamentary Candidates can be granted access to the constituency they are standing in. Email requests for access should be sent to [email protected] from the associated Labour regional or nation office.

Parliamentary candidates can see all people, emails, events and volunteers records in the constituency they have access to, can see personal details such as postal address, email address and phone number and can export.

Please note: if a record is anonymised, the columns for personal details will be empty

Access will expire after the next general election or will be automatically renewed as MP/MSP/MS access.


Labour Party Staff

All staff can be granted Organise access.

Regions and Nations staff can be granted access to their region. Email requests should be sent to [email protected] with the relevant Regional Director or Manager copied in.

Staff who are not in a region/nation structured team can be granted access at the discretion of Membership or Digital team management. Email requests should be sent to [email protected] from managers or with managers copied into the email.

Labour Party staff can see all people, emails, events and volunteers records in the area they have access to, can see personal details such as postal address, email address and phone number and can export, including anonymised data.
