Standard Contact Creator Users can download a copy of the electoral register as it was at the time of any election in the past year. This means that the Polling Numbers will match those on the Marked Register from the election.
If you need a csv extract for the 2019 or 2024 General Election, please email support@labour.org.uk and we can provide you with one.
For elections in the past year:
- Go to Contact Creator and produce a ‘Marked Register Extract’ by going to ‘Run Report’ > ‘Report Type’ > ‘More Report Types’ > ‘Marked Register’
2. On ‘Electoral Roll’, select the month (in YYYYMM) format for the month after the election you are entering data for took place. So for May 2025 you would select ‘202506’ which represents June
3. Select the geographical area you want to run the report for by ticking the checkbox/es and then ‘Finish’
