Insight
Contacts shown on Insight are defined as any response to one of of the voter ID questions. This includes national voting intention, local voting intention and devolved voting intention.
If you have submitted a voter survey on Labour One without a voter ID question answered, for example a Labour Scale or top issue, then this will show as a contact on the Labour One app but will not show as a contact on Insight.
Contacts marked as 'not in' will feed into the Insight 'best time to knock' modelling. When you mark a contact or household as 'not in', the time that you entered this will inform the model so you can check Insight to see when you are most likely to find the most voters in their house when you knock, which can help you plan what time is best to canvass an area.
