You can mark reasons why you couldn't speak to a voter for a whole household or for an individual.
Household Unable to Contact
To enter reasons for a whole household, use the 'more options' button in the household preview:
For a household you can enter the following reasons:
Not In - when you knocked on a door but nobody answered
Inaccessible - when you couldn't enter a property due to a locked gate or intercom system
No Canvassers - the property has a sign indicating that they do not welcome knocks from canvassers
Do Not Return - everyone in the household wishes to never be knocked on again. This option will block the voter record(s) from being included in any sessions exported from Contact Creator.
Do Not Return (This Election Only) - this option is only available in Get Out The Vote (GOTV/WARP) session. Everyone in the household wishes to not be knocked on again in the current election cycle. This option will remove them from the GOTV session after you end a road group or session and restart it for a second knock. This will not exclude the household from being included in new reports exported from Contact Creator.
Individual Unable to Contact
To enter reasons for an individual, select 'Unable to Record Data' at the top of the voter survey:
For an individual you can enter the following reasons:
Not In - to mark an individual rather than a whole house as not in
Deceased - this will mark an individual as deceased in Contact Creator so they are excluded from future sessions
Moved - this will mark an individual as moved in Contact Creator so they are excluded from future sessions
Language Difference - use this option to reflect that you couldn't complete a survey because of language. This won't exclude the voter from any sessions and will not change their voter details in Contact Creator.
Do Not Return - the individual wishes to never be knocked on again. This option will block the voter record from being included in any sessions exported from Contact Creator.
