You couldn't get an answer to the door or someone wasn't available to speak at that time
Unable to Contact
The relevant status will show in list view according what reason is selected for why a household or individual couldn't be contacted. In the example below you can see that a property was marked 'Inaccessible' and the relevant status applied. To read more about these options, see Unable to Contact.
