CLPs/BLPs
Any appointed role holder can be given access to Organise. It is at the discretion of the CLP or BLP to decide which role holders should have Organise access. We recommend that the following role holders should have access:
- CLP Secretary
- CLP Vice Chair Membership
- BLP Secretary
Each CLP can grant Organise access to a maximum of six users. Each BLP can grant Organise access to a maximum of three users. This maximum is not inclusive of other non-CLP/BLP users.
Councillors
Councillors can have Organise access to the ward that they represent.
ALC Group Leaders can have Organise access to their council area.
MP/MSP/MS and Parliamentary Staff
Members of Parliament, Members of Scottish Parliament and Members of the Senedd and up to three members of their staff can be granted access to their constituency.
Parliamentary Candidates
Parliamentary Candidates can be granted access to the constituency they are standing in.
Labour Party Staff
All staff can be granted Organise access.
