If you are a Contact Creator user who creates sessions to use on the Labour One app and your Labour Login email is different than your contact creator login, then you need to link your account so that sessions will appear automatically.
If you are not aware of what contact creator is - you do not need to do this. This will most likely apply to Labour Staff.
Click on the Profile button in the top right corner of the Labour One app.
Click on Contact Info.
Click on Contact Creator Email.
Enter the email address you use to login to Contact Creator and click Send Verification Email.
Check your email for a request to verify your Contact Creator email address. The email will be sent by no-reply@one.labour.org.uk.
Click on Verify Email Address.
Please note that the link will expire after 60 minutes and you must click the link from your mobile device which has the app installed in order for the link to be successful.
If you have clicked the link on your mobile device, you will be taken back to the Labour One app automatically and you will see a message confirming that your Contact Creator account has been linked.
