Sessions are created using the Report Builder or Quick Reports in Contact Creator. If you aren't a Contact Creator user, speak to your local party Contact Creator administrator to get help with setting up sessions. If you are a session creator and you have already linked your Contact Creator account to Labour One (see here for guidance), sessions will appear automatically after you have exported your report from Contact Creator.


Please note - it can take up to an hour for a session to appear. When you first set up your app, we advise you to allow push notifications so you can get notified when the session has arrived in your app.


If you are not creating sessions, you need to be added as a board runner or volunteer using your QR code or a share link - see here for guidance [ADD LINK}. 


Sessions appear on the main homepage of the Labour One app. Each session has a card with basic information about your session. Sessions which you have created will be marked 'Your Session', or if someone else has created it, it will show you as a board runner or volunteer depending on your role in that particular session. 


You can also see if a session has started or is marked complete and when it is due to expire. Once the session expires then it will automatically be removed from your homepage.


Click on the card to open the session.
