Status on a membership record on Organise or Labour Hub indicates where a member is at on their membership journey. Status can be a filter for searches on Organise to set up emails to particular groups of members. Below you can find an explanation for the different terms we use in membership status.
Accepted
This member has been through the appropriate checks and has been accepted as a member. They are fully paid up.
In arrears
This member has missed a membership payment and needs to renew their membership. They may have to update their payment method or check they have the funds for a payment to clear. They remain a member but may need to pay their fee in order to participate in meetings.
Pre-lapse
This member has been in arrears for over five months and will have received reminders about their membership fees. They are at risk of losing their membership in coming days.
Lapsed
This person has not paid their membership for six months and has dropped off the membership. They are no longer a member of the Party.
Cancelled
This person has had their membership terminated, including those who have died or have resigned.
